I tried to have a cheese free day, .....didn't work

Opinion

Cheese is organic. Its flavour and character is forever changing according to the environment to which it is exposed. I believe this is also applicable for people. We are exposed to a diversity of information and opportunity that gives us potential to think, analyse and create an opinion. It is therefore with this in mind that I suggest that any following posts by me and in fact thoughts of the day, are not set in stone. I make my choices with the information that I have at that exact moment in time. As we know, time moves and therefore, we too are allowed to move and change. In fact, I believe it is important to do so. I look forward to offering some information to contribute to your journey in the world of cheese.
